Located in the south India, the Stone Age people and their culture sheltered here many thousands of years ago. It’s a documentary showing some interesting facts about the archeological and geological information of the rock shelters. From the 19th century to till date the documentary covers every single aspect.
This place at the South India is not known by many, and not everyone who visits the place respects it. Tourist often throws behind garbage and waste bottles, etc. This is a place 60kilometres far from Chennai is close to Poondi reservoir. A graduate in fine arts Mr. Ramesh Yanthra is directing the film has first visited the place in 2011, and the Wikipedia, which we see, is also created by him. After his first visit, he came there for over four years to cover the beauty of Gudiyam caves, and later he made a documentary which got selected for screening purposes at the Cannes Film Festival that is in May.
Many people from Chennai helped him in his journey for this documentary including FedoPote, who made the soundtrack of the movie, and Cameraman Vasantha Kumar helped him too. They spent almost Rs. Three Lakh from their personal fund and now they want some help to complete the project.
