Plot:
Jim is a failed actor in LA, who often reminisces about the good times passed by and thus makes the decision of revisiting the past by attending his high school reunion after 20 years back home in Indiana. He is picked up by his three friends at the airport namely Spunk, Len and T. The film also has other characters like Angie, a former cheer-leader, who is pregnant with her fourth child and doesn’t mind smoking and drinking, Jim’s high-school sweetheart Lori who is engaged to Mark, their principal who is ludicrous and apparently gay.
The film diverts when it displays that the time around their high school stood still, that’s also when it stops making sense because nostalgia can always be a part of the story, not the entire story.

who has also played the lead, the movie had an old plot enslaved by a silly script. Though there are funny sequences, but they come and go without being relevant to the plot. The main track revolves around Jim and Lori’s lost love which rekindles, it also has a few sweet moments but apart from that the film fails to communicate which it was supposed to in the first place.
Star Performances:
Michael Rosenbaum is decent along with all the other cast members. The problem with the film is that its easily forgettable. The performances are good, but they are unable to rise above the mediocre script.
What’s there?
There are patches of funny sequences and high school drama and the likes, but the genuinely funny ones are rare and far in between.
What’s not there?
The basic storyline that carries the film throughout is missing.
Verdict:
Comedy lovers can give it a shot and if you want some high school memories back, it might qualify for a one-time watch.
