Many in B-town felt that Salman’s Khan’s concern would also be shared in the script of the film. Reacting to such reports, the director Omung Kumar stated that he was not inspired from Salman to make any film on Sarabjit. He also clarified that the film is being narrated through the perspective of Sarabjit Singh's sister Dalbir Kaur played by Aishwarya Rai. Hence, there is no space for Salman’s concern in his script.
