Nawazuddin Siddiqui has been nominated for the Best Actor in a Negative role in “Badlapur” and Best Supporting Actor in “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” at Times of India Film Awards. He is thrilled to get the appreciation. Nawazuddin says people didn’t expect him in a villain role in Badlapur, which gave him a good scope in acting. He says, he wouldn’t be depressed, even if he is not awarded and feels that nomination is a high recognition. When asked about stardom, he says, “I feel stardom can corrupt your mind as an actor. I don't think about fame at all, as it can affect your performance.
