‘Nakhrewaali’ is another slice of the life film from Aanand L Rai, which will be jointly backed by his own Colour Yellow Productions and Jio Studios.
Interestingly, this is also one last chance for Aanand L Rai to make himself count. Since the past three years, Aanand L Rai is yet to find a commercial success as either a producer or a director. His last two movies as a director, i.e. ‘Atrangi Re’ and ‘Raksha Bandhan’, weren’t exactly commercially successful either.
This is why Aanand L Rai is looking forward to ‘Nakhrewaali’ with so much hope. If this movie works, he can go ahead with his much awaited collaboration with Dhanush, titled ‘Tere Ishk Mein’. The movie is said to be a spiritual sequel to Dhanush’s iconic Hindi debut, ‘
