Kareena Kapoor Opens About Her Diet!

Kareena Kapoor Khan has been expecting her first child with Saif Ali Khan, this December. Saif already has two kids with Amrita Singh; his daughter is Sara Ali Khan and son is Ibrahim Ali Khan. Now, the mom to be Kareena revealed her diet. When people expect her to crave for Chocolates and pastries, she said, "I am craving for bitter gourd! I like the pungent, bitter taste. As it is rich in iron and good for health, I prefer it. I had lauki-mutter for lunch. I love to have Indian sweets; especially the homemade sweets like sooji peda, besan laddoo. I am trying to keep it healthy.” Kareena added, “We have home grown vegetables. One should experiment with those healthy veggies grown at home, instead of trying a Western diet. I can’t live by having broccoli and spinach always.”
