Various medical tests are done and reports are yet to be received. It is said that after a vacation, Hina resumed the shooting. As she has been admitted to the hospital, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai team had to think how to tackle the situation without her. As per the script, she was about to visit Delhi for an emergency work. So, they managed to go by that and have been shooting the scenes without Hina. Hina, who was in London for a few days with her family, had been sharing the photos clicked during the trip and updated on her social blog.
