, the talented star of Bollywood, had been criticized for visiting the students in JNU, after the masked gang’s attack on JNU students and faculty. When some people say that she did it for publicity, some others like Smriti Irani stated that she stands for the people, who want to divide the nation. Raghuram Rajan, the former RBI Governor stated that Deepika Padukone had done a silent protest against the violence in JNU. Raghuram didn’t mention Deepika’s name, instead mentioned as a Bollywood actress. He also stated that she inspired everyone by her action.
