Sabeena Farooq is a popular figure in the theatre industry from Karachi, Pakistan. She was born on 11th February 1994 in Rawalpindi, Punjab. Her father is Punjabi and her mother is Pashtun which led her on taking Pashtun characters in her acting journey. She has two older siblings, one brother and one sister. She attended Springfield school in Karachi, Pakistan and graduated from Islamabad in Media Sciences. She did not have the initial intentions for becoming an actor but was instead persuaded by her college seniors. Her college was situated near PTV and so she went in for auditions.
