Born in Indore, Pakistan, Ali Sethi is one of those singers who not just makes a mark in the music industry, but also never fails to deliver them in the most striking style. This graceful musician did not have any sort of plan to make hypnotizing melodies in the first place. Like every other teenager, he too dreamt of becoming an exceptional graduate from Harvard University and in order to evolve as an accountant or an engineer. Coming from a background where his journalist parents often got death threats from their haters, Ali was not aware of how the world had different opinions about people belonging to the Muslim community, especially in foreign countries. Sethi then began finding answers to this strange idea of people, and that happened when he started to see the ancient ghazals and qawwalis, which was granted to them by their ancestors in a different glint. So Ali put aside his technical studies and dived deep into research about classical music. He began aware of the content at this point, that Ali even wrote a semi-biographical book called The Wish Maker that was about life in Pakistan.
