Hajji Al Balos is an Urdu producer who has been working for the film industry for years. He was born and raised in Karachi, Pakistan. He resides in Quetta, Pakistan, with his family. He completed his primary education at the Board of Secondary Education [Secondary School Certificate Science Group], Karachi. He received his intermediate education also from Karachi. He received a degree in mass communication from Karachi University [2002 to 2004].

Hajji Al Balos began his career being an associate (freelance) for Mehroz Karim Films / Moomal Productions. He then worked as a project manager for the drama Aahista Aahista. He became the producer-director for HUM TV Network. He then became the project head of Mehroz Karim Films. The banner produces Pakistani-based shows for Pakistan's top-rated Satellite television channels. In June 2015, he became the executive producer for Bol Network. He was then based in Bolistan and continued working at the same designation from 2015 to 2019. In November 2022, he joined the government department. He became the officer for SBCC (Social and Behavior Change Communication) in the Health Education Cell of the Balochistan Government's Health Department.
