The first project that Hasnain Lehri did was with a mobile service company. Hasnain Lehri is the only supermodel to have won five LUX Style honors in the history of Pakistan's fashion and entertainment industries. He has won numerous honors both as an actor and a model. Additionally, he has established a record by winning the Lux Style Awards in each of the following years: 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2020. In a 2017 poll by Eastern Eye, Lehri was named one of the Top 100 Sexiest Asian Men.
