Adnan Sarwar is a trained doctor. He received his graduation from Baqai Medical University, Karachi. He was a former doctor working in Australia. He is also trained in race car driving. He has represented Pakistan at international events in lower Formula Car Racing series categories. He is a well-established actor, director, musician, screenwriter, producer, lyricist, race car driver and doctor. He had his debut acting in the biopic film Shah. He began his music career in 2002.
He began with guitar playing for different musicians. He has sung duos and with singers like Kiran Chaudhary in 2006. Shah has also composed the soundtrack for the film. He has nearly six film credits under the profile "film director." the names of such films are Shah (2015),
