Najeebullah Anjum, a versatile actor, was born in the historic city of Peshawar in 1955. He was bred and educated in this historical city and believes he was born to be an actor. Najeebullah received his formal education from Forward High School and graduated from Edwardes High School. To date, He has worked in over 500 Urdu, Hindko, and Pashto plays. Najeebullah debuted with the film Laaj. He also acted in Shoaib Mansoor’s film “Khuda Ke-Liye.” Najeebullah was awarded the best PTV actor by Pride of Performance in 1986, and in 2005, he got the Medal of Excellence. Najeebullah is fond of classical music and light music. Khial Mohammad and Mehdi Hasan are two of his favourite singers.
