Karan Battan is a famous Indian and Australian actor from Punjab whose acting has left quite a good impression on the entertainment industry. He is originally from Haryana and grew up in Chandigarh. He left India and went to Melbourne, Australia, in 2005, after graduating from an IT college with a degree to join his brother there. He attended the Victorian College of Arts, Melbourne and completed his Diploma course in acting for his passion in acting. He has performed in several short, independent, and mainstream English, Hindi, and Punjabi films and TV series. He was influenced by the great Indian actors Dharmendra and Irfan Khan.
He has performed as an extra cast in numerous TV shows such as "Mr and Mrs Murder" in 2013, an Australian miniseries by Sian Davies and Shirley Barrett, "Offspring" (2010-2017), and "Betterman" (2013).
