Ramachandra Pratihari is a famous theatre director from India. He attended the Annapurna Theatre in Puri. He made his debut in the Oriya film industry with the film Nua Bou. He also worked actively in the Jatra industry. Then he received many more opportunities, and Ramachandra Pratihari performed in the movie Nilamadhaba. He was well known for his plays and theater roles. To add to his achievements, he was honored with several awards, like the prestigious Jayadev Puraskar and the Odisha State Film Award, for his vital contribution to the industry. Ramachandra Pratihari had been suffering from an illness for a long time. Unfortunately, he died at the age of 87 due to cardiac arrest.
