. The film Tulasi Apa was about the life of Tulasi Munda, who was a social activist and a Padma Shree Awardee. Nationally, the screening of Tulasi Apa was at the 21st Kolkata International Film Festival, International Film Festival of India, International Film Festival of Shimla, and 8th Nasik Film Festival.
Internationally, the screening was, held at Tehran Jasmine International Film Festival in Ramsar, Iran. Tulasi Apa was the first Odia film featured on Amazon Prime World Wide. Barsha won the award for best actress in 2015 and 2016 for Tulasi Apa at the 27th Odisha State Film Award and 1st Haryana International Film Festival. Her next movie was in 2022, named Pratikshya.
