Hemanth Gurram is a VFX artist who works in the Bollywood film industry. Hemanth was a tech-savy child growing up, he always had a fascination with animation and visual effects. Hemanth completed his MBA in Human Resources from IIPM in 2006. He then started working for Foundation Systems as a recruitment associate. He did the typical human resource work like screening, taking interviews and hiring of candidates. He then left for Maxin Corporate Solutions again to work as their HR. In 2007, he was hired by EyeQube Studios as a Human Resources Manager, that’s where Hemanth developed an interest in visual effects. He worked at EyeQube till 2009 and then took a hiatus to learn visual effects.
In 2013, he was hired by Buddha Pictures as the VFX producer. At Buddha Pictures, he worked as a VFX producer on the show ‘Buddha: Raajaon Ka Raaja’. Hemanth led a team of over 30 VFX artists to work on that show which aired on Zee TV, he also worked on various other TV shows on the network. He then went on to work with various other visual effects studios like Dhrishyam VFX, Intermezzo Studios, One Life Studios and he’s currently the Head of Business at Limitless Studio.
