Reena Rai is a US-based model and actress who has predominantly worked in Punjabi films and music videos. She was born in Los Angeles, USA, to Amarjit Singh Rai and Pammy Rai. She has one sister named Rummi Rai Goraya. She gained an associate degree from Yuba College in California. She started her career as a caregiver at Golden Acres Home Care (nursing home) in 2011. After working there for almost a year, she joined Fremont Medical Hospital, Yuba City, California, as a volunteer. In 2014, she participated in the beauty pageant, Miss South Asia and won the title.
