Malabika Brahma is an Indian vocalist and composer, she completed her Bachelor’s in comparative literature from Jadavpur University in Kolkata. Influenced by Baul's mystic minstrel tradition and Vedic Hinduism, Malabika’s music is a blend of folk, blues and Indian classical music. Before becoming an Independent Music Professional, Malabika worked as an Event Program Manager at Drik India from October 2012- December 2013, then switching careers she became a content writer working in BIBA Apparels Private Limited. She has also been a researcher at Nirvana Films and Co-produced and curated the International cultural exchange program Strisvara, 2016. Malabika has performed at prestigious concerts across the world and sang in several Indian films and documentaries like
