Gundeep Kaur is a screenwriter cum creative producer in the Hindi entertainment industry. She graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. She earned a diploma in filmmaking and direction from Whistling Woods International. Gundeep has written the screenplay for movies, web series, short films, and ads.
In 2015, she worked as a content manager with Share Chat. She also worked as a Creative Head for Insite. In 2019, Gundeep joined Tarasha Films Pvt Ltd as a screenwriter. While working there, she developed two web series. She also worked for About Films as a screenwriter and director. In 2019, she won the Best Student Director (Female) for The News at the Independent Shorts Awards in Los Angeles. In 2020, Gundeep worked for Emmay Entertainment & Motion Pictures as a screenwriter. She penned the additional screenplay for Rocket Boys Season 1. Gundeep penned the screenplay for Freedom At Night. In 2022, she co-wrote Kriya Karam with Nipun Angrish. It was shortlisted by SWA, and she was announced as the winner of the SWA Script Lab 2022 by the Screenwriters Association of India.
In 2023, she joined Maddock Films as the creative producer.
