Puja Jha

Puja Jha is an Indian actress and model. The actor is notable for her appearance in various shows like Panchayat, A Bitter Pill and more. Puja lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Puja completed her studies from CPS Junior School, Delhi. She claimed to be a smart student but chose to be an actor and model. With just few performances Puja showed her acting skills and won hearts of many. Puja worked in the short film, A Bitter Pill (2018). With her outstanding performance, she won three Best Actress awards in three film festivals. Puja then appeared in a short role in the movie, Saheb Biwi Gangster 3 (2018) alongside top Bollywood actors. In 2019, Puja did two more short films, Promise and An Audition.

She worked in a few episodes of the TV Series like Gandii Baat (2020), Jamtara: Sabka Number Ayega (2020), and Crime Patrol (2020). Then she appeared in films like Ek Battey Do (2020), Noise of Silence (2021). Puja Jha later took the spotlight with her performance in just one episode of the hit web series, Panchayat (2021). In 2023, she did another short film, Outcast. The talented actress proved her potential by not just nominations but winning several awards for her performance in A Bitter Pill. She won the 2018 Best Actress Honourable Mentions at the Virgin Spring Cinefest. She again won the 2018 Best Actress Outstanding Achievement Award at the Cult Critic Movie Award. Another win came from L’Age d’Or International Arthouse Film Festivals for 2019 Best Actress Festival Awards.
