Mandakini Malla

Mandakini Malla is an independent media professional with an experience of more than 17 years. She has the most premier television networks in India. Malla completed her graduation in 1999 with a degree in Bachelor of English Honors from the University of Delhi. She served as the President of her college’s English Theatre Society.

Mandakini contributed to NDTV Lifestyle. Following her commendable work she was promoted as a Senior Producer in the firm. She spearheaded programming for the travel genre. As a Senior Producer, she also served as an Executive Producer for the award-winning budget travel show in India. In March 2012, the seasoned producer was designated the position of Associate VP in NDTV Lifestyle. As an Associate VP, she created the first travel show on Indian Television. 

Malla’s notable experience and established skills helped her gain the senior position of VP at NDTV Good Times in April 2014. She was known to have led a team of 25 technical and creative professionals. Mandakini, being an experienced professional, knew her work to her heart and earned a 100% record of ensuring sponsor and channel deliverables. She was known for meeting deadlines without any compromise on quality.

She has executed over 30 non-fiction Television shows. From live news to documentaries, wildlife to lifestyle programming, Mandakini has always proven to be an asset to every project assigned. Her works include directing and producing short films and documentaries like Tendu Leaf Jungle Resort.
