Sarvesh Parab is an Indian editor and director who is known for his contribution to Marathi and Hindi cinema. He has worked on many feature films during his extensive career. Sarvesh graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. Having grown up in the city, he had always been naturally drawn to the glamor of its film industry. He joined Prime Focus as an editor in 1995, where he was given the opportunity to collaborate with leading technicians in the field to create several promotional videos, television advertisements, and daily soaps.
He branched out as a freelancing editor to seeking out individual creativity and new opportunity. He edited over 30 movies, some of which include ‘Mee Shivajiraje Bhosale Boltoy (2009),’ ‘Shikshanachya Aaicha Gho (2010),’ and ‘Ek Raada Ek Meera (2018).’ He was also involved in many television shows and shorts like ‘Kera (2018).’ Sarvesh also directed a movie called ‘Satya, Savitri Ani Satyavaan’ in 2012, which won him many national awards. He has won the Zee Gourav and the MIFTAA awards for his work in cinema. His longstanding career in the film industry has made him a notable contributor to the evolution of Indian motion pictures.
