Natasha Gulati

Natasha Gulati is a leadership Coach. In January 2022, she founded Imagine Success as a tribute to her journey and the aspirations of coworkers throughout her life. She completed her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Communication Management in 2010 from Symbiosis International University. In 2015, she gained her postgraduate degree in Human Resource Development from XLRI Jamshedpur. In 2018, she went to British Columbia Institute of Technology for Labour Relations 1 in Human Resources Management and Services.

In 2010, she joined Bally Technologies as an HR Associate. In 2012, she started working as an Engagement Specialist and became Assistant Manager at Stryker. In 2016, she became part of Network 18 Media and Investments Limited as a Manager in the Human Resources department. By March 2017, she had earned a promotion to Senior Manager. Apart a career break from September to December 2017, she resumed her professional journey in February 2018 as an HR Recruiter at TransLink. In 2018, she joined Penta Search Group as an Executive Recruiter. She joined Essential Impact in Feb 2022 as a Coaching Culture Associate. She was also one of the contestants of the very first season of MTV Roadies, which is a popular reality show.
