"Kartikey Raj is a child artist who is known for his comic skills which is seen on the Hindi show, The Kapil Sharma Show. Raj first grabbed the attention of the people, through his participation in the Hindi show, India’s Best Draamebaaz. Raj comes from a family of five, that struggles to keep their living standards, and during one such difficult time, the show had come looking for children in Patna, to be a part of their program.
After selection of 20 children, including Kartikey Raj, the company had moved on to Kolkata and then Mumbai. During the show, Kapil Sharma was impressed by Raj’s performance and had offered him a role in his show. This led to Raj moving to Mumbai and becoming an income earner at such a young age."
