Palden Lama Mawroh is a Dancer and Choreographer in India. On 3 February 1989, he was born in Shillong, Meghalaya. He is the son of D.R. Lama and Marvella Mawroh. He once attended the summer workshop of Shaimak Davar’s dance academy and soon realized his passion for dance and got professionally trained in it. He began his career as a contestant in a dance show named India’s Dancing Superstars. He was a part of many shows such as Dance India Dance, Super Dancer Chapter 1 and 2, and also one of the choreographers of Nach Baliye. Some of his best songs were Baby doll and Pink Lips. He has collaborated with many choreographers in the industry.
