Celesti Bairagey is an Indian actress best known for her role in the television serial Udti Ka Naam Rajjo, which aired on Star Plus in 2022. Celesti Bairagey was born on March 12th, 1999, in Assam, India. Her mother’s name is Meenakshi Bairagey, and she has a younger brother, Mridutpol Bairagey. She always loved acting and participated in plays and skits in school. She completed her schooling at Delhi Public School in Assam. She pursued her Master's degree in English from the Central University of Rajasthan, Ajmer. She started her career as a model in advertisements and began her acting journey with the Assamese web film Niveer Aru Tara in 2022 on YouTube.

She has also written the script for Niveer Aru Tara. The film was appreciated, and she rose to popularity. After that, she also acted in another Assamese web film, Runjun, in the same year. She made her television debut with the Hindi serial Udti Ka Naam Rajjo in 2022, where she played the lead role of Rajjo. She also acted in a short story named Mur Minoti in the same year.
