Akhil Rajendra

Akhil Rajendra Dwivedi is an Actor, Director, Writer, Screenwriter, Motivational speaker, and environmentalist. Akhil Rajendra was born on April 9, 1982, in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. After completing his school, he graduated and further pursued his post-graduation in Business Management with advertising as his background. He started his career as a theatre artist and has done six mainstream plays as the main male protagonist, such as Twist in Twist (English) – Staged In Mumbai (2014), Ghumshuda (Hindi) – Staged in Delhi (2012), Under Street Light of a Winter Night (English) – Staged in Mumbai (2006), Kaam Krodh Madh Moh (Hindi) – Staged in Mumbai (2005), Begumjaan – Staged In Mumbai (2016), and Gandhi Ji Ka Chutha Bundar (Hindi) – Staged in Mumbai(2004).

He is also known for his role in Koi... Mil Gaya (2003), Downtown (2015), and numerous other parts. Akhil Rajendra has also directed over 100 ad films with many national and international brands, including many leading Bollywood and sports celebrities. Some of the famous advertising films directed by him are Cipla-Virender Sehwag TVC 1, HPM 24 CARAT AD, Cipla – Virender Sehwag TVC 2, and World Heart Day…”29th September” – AV. He is also a passionate photographer. To enhance his skills, he took a professional course in photography from Mumbai’s best, Udaan School of Photography.

He was trained under highly recognized, celebrated & Award Winning ace photographer Mr. Arko Dutta. His love for writing motivated him to publish books. He has authored several books, among which 'Decoding The God and The Religion' is internationally recognized. Akhil Rajendra has received several awards for his contribution, such as being Honoured by the Shivanand Academy of Music & Performing Arts, Bangalore, in 2012, being Honoured by Sai Group of Companies, Pune, for Excellence in Literature in the year 2015, and many more.
