Ritesh Pandey

Ritesh Pandey was born on the 14th of May, 1991, in Sasaram, Bihar. He is an Indian playback singer, model, and actor, who works in Bhojpuri cinema. He graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth University, Varanasi. He began singing on several occasions in small towns and gathered the money. With this money, he recorded songs. His first breakthrough came when he recorded the song ‘Karua Tel’, with Basant Bihar Company. It has been rumored that he shared the song via a pen drive to many people, which led to the song becoming a hit. He won the Best Popular Young Male Singer Award in 2015, and the Malaysia IBFA Award in 2018.

He transitioned into his acting career with ‘A Balma Biharwala 2’, a Bhojpuri movie in 2016. In 2017, he worked on the Bhojpuri film ‘Tohre Me Basela Pran’ as the lead. These movies gained him fame for his acting. Currently at over 870 million views, his song ‘Hello Kaun’ is the most viewed Bhojpuri song to date. It reached No. 1 on the global YouTube music video charts in 2020. He was engaged to Dr. Vaishali Pandey on the 11th of May, 2021.
