Monu Albela belongs to Charan Mahadeva, a small village in Aurangabad, Bihar. He is the rising star of the Bhojpuri film industry. At the start of his career, Monu struggled a lot, as no one, not even his own family, supported his singing dream. However, he proved them wrong with his first song, Aapen Gaon, which got very popular among the audience. His other hit songs are Nache Ye Baluma Khesa, Ramesh Chowk Jam Baate, Khol Li Kirane Store Piya, Shri Ram Ke Pujari, Dhara 307, and Banave Reel. According to Monu, another music director, Abhinash Jha Ghunguru, has helped him a lot during his struggles in the industry. He has also debuted in the acting world as an inspector in a movie named Raja Rajkumar.
