Minati Deka is an Assamese makeup artist. She is from Jagiroad, Assam. She studied at Jagiroad College and later at Guwahati University. She has worked at Doordarshan Kendra and the news channel DY 365. At present, she works in the North East Film Industry. She has worked in association with the movie Foot Thrill in 2018. Other movies and serials where she worked as a makeup artist are City Club, Gangs of a Family, Akajoli Rang, etc. She also provides makeup services for events like stage shows and weddings.
