Riya Brahma is a well-known writer, producer, and actress who predominantly works in the Assamese film industry. She was born on July 8th in the Kokrajhar district’s Serfanguri village. She graduated from Serfanguri’s Janata College. She produced many Bodo films includes- Fwrmaiso Haywi Gwsw (2017), Hathorki Pagla (2016), Onnai (2018) and Gwthar (2019). Riya also owns RB Production. Hathorki Pagla is film about a young boy who moves to bigger town to get succes in life. Fwrmaiso Haywi Gwsw was, directed by Ganesh Boro, was a movie of turning of rebel from an innocent boy after facing a conspiracy. The film was a in warded, Best film award by Bodo Cine Artists Association in 2019.
