Pansy Brahma is an award-winning actress from India known for Jwlwi: The Seed (2019), Sijou (2021), and Dusk (2020). She hails from the Bodo community of Assam, situated in northeast India. She completed her education at Bodoland University with a master's in history. During her final years at university, she began her career in acting. She received the Best Actor award at the Big Sound International Film Festival Canada 2020 for her character Muskan in Dusk.
She also won the Best Actor Appreciation Award at the 72nd Republic Day Celebrations, 2021, in Kokrajhar, Assam, India. She also participated in several music videos, such as Haina Sona (an official music video from DB Films), AGAN: An Epic Love Story, Fwi li Agwi Fwi: Kiranjit Basumatary, Modern Girl: Biraj Mushahary (an official music video), Siriywi Thakhwmanai Rao (RB Film Products), and Nwngjwngnw (RB Film Products).
