Nayan Nilim

Nayan Nilim is a popularly known face, an Indian actor, singer, a Songwriter who mainly works in Assamese Film and TV industry. Nayan Nilim was born on 22nd September 1993 in Naharkatia town of City Dibrugarh, in Assam, India. Nayan’s father runs his own inherited business, and his mother is a retired school teacher. Nayan attended a local school in Dibrugarh and later joined Assamese University to pursue his graduation. From a very young age, Nayan started showing a keen interest in music and decided to pursue a career in singing and songwriting. But this was not only what was in the box for Nayan, soon Nayan realized his passion for acting and theater.

In the beginning years, Nayan started working on small projects and roles and soon made a big screen appearance with his debut movie, Rangmont, released in 2004 and was a big hit. That was indeed a turning point in Nayan’s acting career. Nayan’s work was appreciated and liked by many, soon a new opportunity in the film Junbai(2005) came knocking on his door. His character Indra from the movie Junbai received huge public appreciation. Nayan Nilim is a big name known for excellent creative work in the Assamese entertainment industry. Nayan’s character Gokul from Gamosa(2006), Bhaikanaka Sushanta Konwar from the movie Konwarpurar Konwar (2017) received remarkable applause from people.

Nayan made his debut in the music industry in the year 2010 with his album Ablei OI. Nayan is even known fondly for his love for the Theater .
