Zindagi Tujh Ko Jiya is a Pakistani romantic drama TV serial that aired on HUM TV in 2016. The story revolves around the life of a woman named Maryam. Maryam is in love with a boy called Zeeshan. Zeeshan has two sisters Sania and Safia. Maryam has a sister-in-law Samra. Safia wanted Zeeshan to marry her husband’s sister Afshan. Even Zeeshan’s mother had agreed to this proposal. Hearing this, the couple became worried for their future and decided to get married in court. Their court marriage makes her in-laws upset, and they all stand against her except for Sania. A few months later, she becomes pregnant and is awaiting her delivery date, but her life turns upside down when her husband is diagnosed with cancer and has only a few months more to live.
