Sun Yaara starts with two families ready to meet at a wedding. Roshni lives in Pindi and comes to Karachi to attend the wedding of Lalarukh – her father's first cousin. Once she arrives in Karachi, she hurts her leg, and everyone in the house takes care of her. Junaid Khan plays Talal's character as a very snobbish doctor. Lalarukh's brother called home for such an issue of looking at Roshni's sprained leg. The wedding begins, and Tania, Saif's sister, tries to stay with Talal, but he avoids her. Lali's sending-off ceremony happens. She goes to her in-laws. Saif loves her, but he can't express his love in front of his family. Saif's mother is only good with Lali if it's in her best interest. She asks her family for Hina to marry Mohib, Saif's younger brother comes back from Jeddah, but they learn about Hina's marriage to Afaq, Shahla's son. Lali's in-laws get mad at her for this.

She gets pregnant, and Talal and her mother visit her and bring presents. Tania attempts to get closer to him, and he ignores her. The next day, Roshni's father has a heart attack. Talal reaches to console them. Asad recovers, Roshni likes the rain and Talal, and she is having a sweet time. Talal asked her to return to Karachi. When Tania gives milk to Talal at night, he closes the door from the inside. Talal doesn't understand his plan, and she tells everyone that he tried to misbehave with her. Talal's family believes him. The story goes on. Tania is in love with her sister-in-law's brother, Talal. However, when Talal does not respond positively to her advances, she creates problems in her sister-in-law's married life.
