Milan is a Pakistani serial that premiered in 2022 on SAB TV Pakistan. It is an Urdu-language serial. The serial focuses on the life of the Bukhari family as they experience family conspiracies and conflicts. Bukhari is a billionaire businessman who lives with his wife, Aliya, in a mansion. Bukhari has multiple businesses, nationally and internationally. He has a younger brother named Javed and a son named Shayaan. Unlike his father, Shayaan doesn’t hold a keen interest in business and wants to live a peaceful, countryside life. Javed helps Shayaan live comfortably away from his parents to fulfill his vested interests. Javed and Shayaan live in another country, where Javed handles Bukhari’s extended company. Bukhari wants his son to join the business and be sincere about his; however, Shayaan spends his time in the mountains away from work and home—Javed has a dirty past, he lost his money in gambling, and thus, has a bad reputation in Bukhari’s eyes.

Javed aims to conquer Bukhari’s wealth by keeping Shayaan under his command. Shayaan unquestioningly trusts Javed because he doesn’t restrict him like his father. Javed has planned Shayan’s future with his daughter, Bina as their marriage will make it easy to conquer Bukhari’s wealth. The story escalates when Maira who works as the production head at Bukhari’s company wins his heart. Maira belongs to a middle-class family; however, she’s hard-working and ethical. Maira’s innovative actions, optimistic behavior and sincerity for the future, wins Bukhari’s heart. During a conversation with Maira when Bukhari mentions getting Shayaan on the right track, Maira suggests he get Shayaan married.

Later, Bukhari decides to get Maira and Shyaan married because she can put him on the right track. Bina, who thought Bukhari wanted her to marry Shayaan, told her father about the news. Later, when Shayaan refused to get married, Javed convinced him to tie the knot; however, he regretted it after he got to know that Shayaan will be getting married to another girl. Will Shayaan agree to marry Maira? How would this long-distance relationship work? What will happen next? Watch the serial to find out.
