Lagay Na Jia is an Urdu TV show which aired on PTV Home channel. The story revolves around a family where the key characters are Rohana, Ayesha, Shuja, Naomi, etc. The story is mixed with complex relationships and the secrets revolving around them. There is a sense of extreme tension among them. Ayesha is in a fragile mental and physical state. Shuja, Ayesha's husband is torn between Ayesha and Rohana. The story is a family drama, where a group tries to go against their family member. Different characters are there, and there is a love triangle which causes the greatest issue. Some characters are negative and they plot against the family. This creates a dispute among them. Shikander is the main character in the story. He is dead now. His absence creates the current issues in the family. At the same time, Shuja is having a romantic entanglement with Rohana. This is the primary source of conflict with Ayesha. Shuja gets advise that he can only keep one of the two women in his life. Ayesha is in a bad state.

She is refusing to eat, drink, and take her medication. Shuja physically struck her, which created the current situation where she is unable to do her daily routine. This act affected their life. Rohan tries to care for Ayesha. But her presence is creating more tension in the household. There's a major tension between Rohana and the rest of the household. Some of the family members find her as an intruder. They believe that she is the root cause of all the problems. Shuja is confused between these two. But still, Rohana expresses a desire to belong. She says that she has found a sense of family in this house. She has longed for this comfort. Meanwhile, an antagonistic character Naomi, is plotting against the family. This person initially considers murder as a means to achieve their goals. They plotted everything against Sikander, as he was their major enemy. The themes of loyalty, family bonds, mental health, and the consequences of introducing new elements into established relationships are the major elements of this show. It presents a household that is going to collapse. Each character is struggling to protect their interests and relationships.
