Kya Life Hai is a Pakistani serial that premiered in 2011 on ARY Digital. It is an Urdu-language serial. The serial focuses on the life of seven high school graduates reunited by fate. Kya Life Hai shows the change in career dynamics of these individuals and their several topics of interest. It is an entertaining serial that helps a viewer to unwind their day. Every Character has a personality of and interprets each other's life in an optimistic light, neglecting the struggle one has done to build a brand name of their own. Kya Life Hai primarily considers the life of an actor named Ali and how he rose to fame from being an introverted person.

Kya Life Hai begins with a few individuals taking time out from their busy schedules to attend a high school reunion. At the reunion, everyone is excited to see others being accomplished in life. Salma, a young and beautiful lady, is married to an abusive man who restricts her from receiving the pleasure of spending time with her. Minnie and Nini, her friends, notice how her husband treats her and feel sorry for her. Later, Salma's friend hangs out with Shizzi at Ali's home. Everyone is impressed by Ali's rapid growth in the commercial entertainment industry. Ali still behaves the same and gets treated equally by his mother and Omi, his younger brother. John is another close friend of Ali and tries to impress him through his antics. He dreams of emerging as the national music sensation of the country.

Ali doesn't pay much attention to John due to his lack of talent. Later, John is seen fooling other guests to borrow their glasses. In the meantime, Shizzi tells her that he misses Salma. In reply, Minnie gets curious about how Salma has been treated by her husband. Shizzi and Minnie decide to sneak Salma out of her home when her husband is out. Elsewhere, Ali is arguing with a digital marketing agent from a firm in Mumbai as his company doesn't respect Pakistani stars and is partial towards them. What will happen next?
