Faiz is a sincere and down-to-earth man.

Although he comes from a wealthy family, he is humble and does not show off his money. He is good friends with Rufi. Faiz and Rufi study in the same college. Faiz often helps out Rufi financially. Rufi’s sister, Hareem, is a hard-working woman. She works tirelessly to make ends meet. Her mother has a life-threatening disease and few years to live. She works in an event management company to put Rufi through college and treat their mother. Faiz sees Hareem at his brother, Rayyan’s wedding for the first time. He falls in love with her at first sight. Faiz’s mother, Kehkasha, does not want Faiz to associate with anyone below their status. Faiz wants to marry Hareem. He tries to help her financially discreetly and take care of her family under the pretext of Rufi’s friend.

Faiz tries to get Hareem a better job through his connections. He does not confide his feelings to anyone. Faiz’s love is one-sided. He looks for a way to express his feelings to Hareem. Meanwhile, Hareem’s cousin, Nasir, has loved her for a long time. He asks Hareem’s parents for marriage. Her parents believe Nasir is the right choice. Faiz musters up the courage to propose to Hareem, only to realize she is getting engaged to Nasir. Brokenhearted Faiz goes to her engagement function. Hareem’s parents, being poor, were unable to arrange the large sum of dowry asked by Nasir’s family. Nasir was furious and broke off the marriage publicly. Hareem’s family was worried as to who would marry her. Faiz steps up to marry her.

Hareem’s parents agree to this. This marriage infuriates Nasir. Faiz brings Hareem home as his wife. It is a complete shock to Kehkasha. She disapproves of this marriage. She does not like Hareem because she is poor. They have contrasting backgrounds. Kehkasha tortures Hareem at her home, testing her patience and resilience. Hareem starts falling in love with Faiz as he cares for her. She soon becomes pregnant. Kehkasha conspires against her to distance her from Faiz’s life. Nasir joins forces with Kehkasha to pull down Hareem. Rayyan forces Faiz to join their dad’s company. Raiz soon finds out about Rayyan’s fraud in the business. Rayyan teams up with his mother to conspire against Raiz and Hareem.
