Jo Chale To Jaan Se Guzar Gaye is a tragic love triangle of the protagonist Zufishan, who is a young sensitive, and a generous girl. Since childhood Zufishan silently used to love Azar. She was immensely in love with him that she could do and sacrifice anything for her. One fine day she was rambling and got noticed by a landlord Sayed Alim Shah. Syed fell too deeply in love with her. He couldn't stop thinking about her and wanted to marry her. He proposed to marry her, but she refused. Despite several tries and force, he could not be made her mind change. Zufishan was so much committed to her one-sided love. But somehow, Syed finds out the truth about her secretive love. He inhumanly kidnapped him and blackmailed Zufishaan to marry him otherwise Azhar would see its worst.

To save her, love got trapped in his plan. Following the deal, he released Azhar and let him go. Zufishan with her unconfessed love was disheartened and had to get married to the person she never knew. Without uttering a single word to Azhar, she gets married to Syed and leaves with him. She lived in his home like a prisoner, and their married life was never going well. But all of sudden Syed met with a tragic accident and lost his legs. With the flow of time, her hatred turned into love and she started falling for him. Their life was getting on track. Things were getting better. Simultaneously Azhar finds the truth about her marriage and that she did marry him for the sake of his safety. He immediately goes to Zufishan and tells her to divorce him as soon as possible and tries to convince her. But she refuses to leave him. After knowing that and realizing his mistakes out of regret and agony, he committed suicide by intaking poison. So that Zufishan could live with the love of her life. And Azhar spent the rest of his life with Zufishan.
