Ishq Na Kariyo Koi is a Pakistani romantic drama TV serial that aired on Express Entertainment. This serial shows how love can take a very ugly form of obsession. When a person falls in love and cannot handle the feeling of rejection then their love can change into an unhealthy obsession. Obsession has never done good for anyone, it only harms the person. The story is of a shy and innocent girl named Fariha who has a crush on her classmate Faisal for quite some time now. She has even written him countless of letters anonymously. Faisal has been receiving the letters but is unaware that they come from Fariha.
He is irritated because of this hidden secret lover but Fariha does not understand this. Faisal is in love with Maryam and is soon going to marry her. After liking Faisal for four long years Fariha decides to confess her feelings. But her feelings were rejected and she was humiliated in the worst way. She could not take this humiliation and this changed her life forever.
