The series follows the story of a young girl named Shafaq, who belongs to a lower-middle-class family. She is an honest and selfless girl, determined to make ends meet for her ever-demanding mother and siblings. When she disagrees, Sabahat buys her mother money to force Shafaq into marrying her husband. She cruelly plays with the lives of Shafaq, Usman, and Kamal to fulfill her desire to get a child. After many twists, Shafaq unwillingly marries Kamal, and their lives take a new turn. It was a mega drama and won many hearts due to its plot, actors’ powerful acting, intrigue, and bitter-sweet ending. It successfully completed 70 episodes, garnering applause from everyone.
