Plot

Devika is a school teacher who is engaged to Jaggu. A priest predicts that Devika will fall in love with another person before her marriage. But her family didn’t believe it. However, a person named Danny enters her life. After his arrival, mysterious things started happening. Who is he? What happened to Devika and Jaggu’s marriage?

Star Performance

Ritu’s performance is excellent in the role of Devika. Subbaraju is good in his minimal screen presence. Surya utilizes this opportunity well. He appears throughout the series and excels well. The rest of the cast are decent with their performances.

Analysis

The series moves at a brisk pace. After the twist is revealed, the story becomes predictable. The series didn’t have much surprises. Some scenes lack logic, and also the emotional content is missing. Some performers are underutilized. The series moves on the right track, but twists and emotions are missing. The visuals are good. The BGM is decent and elevates certain dull moments. The VFX works are not impressive. The editing is decent, but some scenes could’ve been trimmed to make it crisper.

Verdict

Despite the flaws seen here and there, the Ritu Varma starrer is a decent watch!
