The show will have 15 contestants selected by audition rounds by the judges. The participants will have to prepare a short act of 5 minutes minimum. This would be the selection process. Throughout the show, the participants will have to face various challenges so as to be in the competition. Judges’ numbers would constitute 50 percent of the participants score and the rest of the numbers would be given by the audience present in the place of shooting. The participant getting minimum numbers at the end of the weekend episodes will be assigned 1 category of act(like sad , funny or related to any specific condition)by the judges and the contestant will have to perform the same in the next week. Every weekend various challenges would be given to contestants like acting blind folded, acting without speaking, playing two roles simultaneously in the same act and occasionally based on the guests (famous actors or actresses) and also based on various occasions held within the duration of the show.
Eliminations will take place once in every two weeks. The 2 top contestants getting the highest numbers would have the opportunity to gain an immunity from upcoming eliminations , but for that they will have to compete. Both of them will get to choose the act they will perform on the same day by taking out any chit from the bowl. They will get 10 minutes time to prepare a small act by themselves and enact it on the stage. Then the judges would decide who will be the ‘Dramebaaz of the week’ an will also be safe from the next week eliminations.
