Kon Honaar Crorepati is a Marathi language reality game show. The show started premiering on 6 Â May 2013, on Sony Marathi and later on SonyLiv. Being an adaptation of the international hit, "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire", the show gives a platform to all the people with vast knowledge and willingness to test it. Season 2 of Kon Honaar Crorepati started airing on 12 July 2021. This season was hosted by Sachin Khedkar, that too excellently. The cash prize for this season was two crores.
The contestants are supposed to answer 15 questions, and with each question, their cash prize increases. The time limit for each round is 30 seconds and during the round, they have the privilege to take three lifelines: 50-50, Phone a friend, or Audience Poll. With this unique concept, the show became a massive success among the Marathi audience.
