The story revolves around the life of a family, concentrates more on one character, a father, and being strict and success-driven within a corporate executive role and his interactions with family members and associates.

The father in this story is a businessman. He is so into his job without much care for her personal life. He is so busy and achievement-oriented. So he always focuses on his job and getting things done. He once scolded his employees for not getting the work done. The employee had some personal issues so he couldn’t complete it.

Throughout the story, there are also a lot of shots of family life. The father's behavior towards his children is very demanding regarding marks and manners. One day in the evening the father finds out that his son has had a scooter accident near his school. This crisis instantly results in the changed temperament and focus of the father. He almost immediately leaves work. It shows a softer, more vulnerable part of his character. The accident is the cause for reflection, developing opposition to the father's driven, perfectionist approach to life and work. It reveals how personal and professional lives are intertwined. The end finally gives one the realization that the father has begun to understand the need for professional ambition and being a family man.
