Sreelatha Namboothiri is a veteran South Indian actress, famous for her roles in Malayalam movies and television serials. This multi-talented artist started her career as a playback singer for amateur and professional stage plays. Sreelatha’s debut Malayalam movie was Khadeeja which was released in the year 1967. She was a sought after comedian in the Malayalam film industry and was paired with the famous comedian Adoor Bhasi in many movies. Sreelatha’s real name is Vasantha. Her parents, Balakrisnan Nair and Kamala Amma, were government servants. Sreelatha’s mother was a music teacher who passed on the talent and knowledge to her daughter. Sreelatha has given many stage concerts as well. Her connection with the world of cinema was through an aunt, Kumari Tankam. Kumari Tankam was a well know Malayalam movie artist and a close relative of the famous Travancore sisters. Sreelatha’s husband is the late Parameshwaran Namboothiri, a famous Ayurvedic physician, writer and actor.

Shalu Kurian is a popular serial actress both in Tamil and Malayalam TV industries. Born as Shalu Susan Kuriyan from Kottayam in Kerala, she has settled in Trivandrum for her career. Being a classical dancer, she has performed in many classical dance shows from a young age. Shalu Kurian is not only an actress but a model too.

Manju Pillai famous for her comic role in Malayalam TV serials and films is the grand daughter of yesteryear actor S.P Pillai. She is famous for her role in 'Life is Beautiful' and the TV series 'Chila Kudumba Chitrangal'.

Manju used to act in Drama competitions during her school days. She acted in 'Sthree Parvam' directed by famous play writer Soorya Krishnamurthy while she was in 10th standard. By seeing little Manju's performance on Drama's her teachers used to congratulate her and always used to bless her on her skills. As she was the granddaughter of S.P Pillai, she used to get many 'big fans' on her performance while on-stage

Manju, who never thought to get into the cine field, planned to do her graduation in Law. But with the pressure of family friends and relatives, she finally decided to do some roles on TV shows. Apart from serial acting, Manju was also seen as the judge in various reality shows that aired on TV. 

Manju debuted in the serial 'Sathyavum Mithyayum'. She got few other projects as well in TV with some famous directors in cine industry. Her role in TV soaps 'Chila Kudumba Chitrangal' and 'Life Is Beautiful' got well accepted. Her most appreciated role in teleserial was with film actor Jagadeesh in 'Life Is Beautiful'. Her role was a quirky-wit house wife who always love and do quarrel with husband. The presentation with comic touch made the serial one of the family favorite of all time.

'Thatteem Mutteem' was another big success serial that Manju acted along with KPAC Lalitha. They essayed mother-in-law/daughter-in-law characters with names Mayavatiamma and Mohanavalli. Most the episode went high ranking on TRP rating with the comic duo presence of these two leading actresses. 

Manju also acted in few critically acclaimed movies like 'Mazhayethum Munpe', 'Irattakuttikalude Achan', 'Ramanan' and with veteran director Adoor Gopalakrishnan 'Naalu Pennungal'. Manju bagged state television award twice in the year 2001 and 2003 for serial 'Devaranjini' and 'Sundaranmarum Sundarikalum' .

Kochu Preman is a noted, popular and famous actor who acts in the Malayalam films and is mostly seen playing comical characters. Kochu Preman is the actor’s screen name or the stage name and is real recordial name is K.S. Premkumar. Kochu Preman was born on June 1st 1955 to parents Kamaramathil Shivaraman Shastri and T.S Kamalam in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Kochu Preman completed his education from M.G.College, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. From his college days, he became interested in acting and gradually became passionate about the same. After completing his college education, Kochu Preman was associated with a theatre group for 18 long years named Kalidasa Kala Kendram. In the year 1995, he got an offer for acting in films and made his debut as an actor in the Malayalam movie Dilliwala Rajkumaran. Preman’s performances in a character with a comic touch were well liked and appreciated by both the audiences, directors and producers. K.S.Premkumar then took the screen name Kochu Preman and went to star in over 100 Malayalam films till date. In the year 1984, Kochu Preman married another famous Malayalam TV serial actress Girija and together they have a son named Hari Krishnan. Some of the notable Malayalam film of Kochu Preman are- Zachariyayude Garbhinikal, Udayon, Thenkasipattanam, etc.

The siblings are starring in the same serial named ‘Thatteem Mutteem’ as the director was charmed by the kid’s performance during auditions. His acting career has been a fortune ride as he worked in a movie Akasmikam in 2011 and also appeared in a government short film named Chudalathengu in 2013. Recently he is playing the character of Kannan in the famous Malayalam sitcom ‘Thatteem Mutteem' that started in 2012 on the channel Mazhavil Manorama. Sidharth acclaimed popularity after this serial which was a turning point in his career as he earned fame among south Indian states. 

Gireesh Gramika is a renowned Malayalam Writer from Kerala, who is famous for four TV serials, i.e., “Thatteem Mutteem(2012-16),” “Ilayaval Gayathri(2018-19),” “Thinkal Kalamaan(2020),” and “Parasparam(2013-2018).” Gireesh is the author of many books, including Novels, Collections of short stories, three Anthologies of poems, Travelogues, Four plays, a troupe of Essays, and a couple of more books based on personal reminiscences.
