Dr. Smitha Pisharady is a well-known musician, and Music therapist who finished her graduation and post graduation in South Indian Classical music and completed a certificate course in Music therapy from Kerala University. She did Ph.D. in Indira Kala Sangeet Vishwa Vidyalaya, the number one Art and Music University in Asia and she started her career as an announcer at All India Radio in Trivandrum, and later joined Surya TV and hosted the morning show ‘Ponpulari’. Then, she became the newsreader in Surya TV and worked as a host in other Malayalam channels like Amrutha TV, Kirali TV, and Doordarshan. Apart from being a host, she has written songs for Malayalam movies, Albums, Devotional albums, and TV serials and also sings for advertisements, TV serials, radio programs, etc.

Psychologist by profession Parvathi is familiar to Malayalam viewers as their favorite television anchor. She established herself in the television industry through her unique personality, thoughts, fearlessness in expressing her views and her elegance. She started her television career in Doordarshan by anchoring the programme Ulkazcha. Later on she joined Asianet for the Morning programme Suprabatham with three others. It was a well-received programme with its uniqueness; which was a kind of news programme but very homely, with guests from different fields like art, politics, culture and science. She did many shows in other channels, like Surya TV, and Kairali TV but still feels that her show in Doordarshan was her best.

Before entering into the entertainment industry she worked as a Psychologist at Thiruvananthapuram Hospital where she had a relaxation clinic for pregnant women. She was a theater person and was an active member of Abhinaya Theater Research Centre, Thiruvananthapuram. She has acted in plays like Sagarakanyaka (Lady from the Sea), Bhagavadajjukam and The Lesson, of which, Sagarakanyaka was staged for the World Theater Festival 2012 in Brisbane. Her movie career began with Shaji Kailas’s movie Time, in which she played the character of an activist. Her break through role came with director Lal Jose movie Neela Thamara where she featured as the middle aged Kuttimaalu, the central character. She appeared in many movies like Apoorvaragam, Pramani, Palerimankiyam, Bavoottiyude Namathil, Natholi Oru Cheriya Meenalla, Ohm Shanthi Oshana in character roles. She has acted in around 30 films till now and got the opportunity to work with some eminent directors like Ranjith, Sibi Malayil, Lal Jose, Shaji Kailas, VK Prakash etc. 

She is also a great writer; her work Mayoorasandesham is a collection of Devi Krithis and another album Ponchilambu is set for release. She was a regular film reviewer for Malayala Manorama and also wrote regular columns in Mathrubhumi. She is also an activist in her own way and has strong beliefs about woman and their freedom and identity. 

She has MPhil in Psychology and LLB from Kerala Law Academy College, Thiruvanathapuram. She is married to Satheesan, who works in C-DIT (Centre for Development of Imaging Technology) and has a son who is doing his graduation. She is currently working as a senior consultant in MSL group.

Kavitha Nair is a popular Malayalam serial actress and an anchor. She was born in Kottayam and completed her schooling in Baker Memorial Girls High School, Kottayam. She was a shy and reserved girl; however her school played a vital role in grooming her. She participated in school and college programs during the youth festivals and won many awards. Acting became a part of her life. Based on her performances in the youth festival, she got her break as an anchor. She started her career during her 12th standard by anchoring the famous morning show, ‘Ponpulari’ of Surya TV. She got her 1st Serial, ‘Kaliveedu’ after anchoring for almost two years in ‘Ponpulari’. Kavitha also acted in two more serials: ‘Rahasyam’, where she did the character of an IPS officer for Asianet TV, and ‘Aparichitha’ for Doordarshan. Most of her viewers know her as a police officer. She also hosted award shows and had conducted interviews with celebrities from different channels. She did a film-based live show for Surya TV called ‘Ningalkkariyamo’ and ‘Gandharvasangeetham Grand Finale.' She has done small roles in the movie like Mambazhakkalam, which was directed by Joshy; Kurukshetra, which was directed by Major Ravi; and Mohanlal, in which she was the lead role. She was also seen in the movie Swapnasanchari, under the direction of Kamal, in the leading role. Recently she did a song scene for the movie "Hotel California" written by Anoop Menon and directed by Aji John. She has acted for a telefilm, 'Vadakakku Oru Hridayam,' by Padmarajan for Amrita TV. She also acted in a telefilm "For Hire," written by Anu Mohan and directed by Vishnu Raghav, from which she got a lot of positive reviews from her fans. Apart from being an actress, she is also a writer and was associated with a web magazine called ‘Kanikonna.' People loved and appreciated her writing, which gave her the inspiration to publish a book from which is a collection of short stories. Her ambition is to own a bookstall, and as of now she has a mini library out of her collection of favorite books. Her ambition is to do a film based show on her own. She is a passionate actress and very selective in choosing her roles. She wants to be famous as an actress and not as a police officer.

Sunil Nedungadi is Instrumentation & Control Engineer, an MBA, and a certified PMP (Project Management Professional). He is a passionate artist. He studied Indian Classical Music from acclaimed music teachers and won awards at School and College levels. Now he is focusing on popular simple music, ghazals, devotional, fusion / modern music, etc. Sunil has sung on various stage music programs and TV shows in India as well as abroad as a group with other artists. Sunil is praised for music albums (audio and video) in Malayalam (South Indian language), Hindi, and Tamil, including MTV Hindi music video albums. Sunil Nedungadi a Certified PMP (Project Management Professional by PMI, USA) professional.

MK Ramachandran is a popular writer born in Kechery in Thrissur district, Kerala. He was born to Machingal Krishnan Ezhuthachan and Narangalil Vadakkevalappil Devaki Amma in 1953. He completed his schooling at Puttekkara St. Sebastian's School. He did his graduation course from Sree Kerala Varma College in Thrissur and further continued his higher studies at St. Thomas College in Thrissur. KP Narayana Pisharody is his mentor. Pisharody is a great Sanskrit scholar.

Mayyanad Sasikumar is a Malayalam writer primarily known for the Malayalam television series Ponpulari. Sasikumat did his schooling at Model School, Trivandrum, H. S. S. Mayyanad. and St. Aloysius School, Kollum. He later pursued a bachelor’s in art at S. N. College, Kollum, his subjects being English language and literature. Sometime later, he enrolled as a research scholar at the University of Kerala. He did in-depth research in eastern philosophies, focusing on studying Vedas, Vedantha, and Epics. During his stint as a scholar, he moved to different places across the country, where he inherited knowledge from saints and spiritual mentors. He is also credited with giving speeches about the subjects of his research. Later he published books on Indian philosophy.

Suresh Poduval, who’s actual name is Suresh Babu, is a prolific scriptwriter in India. He was born to A. Narayani Amma and Late U. Krishna Poduval, in Payyanur, Kannur District, Kerala, on December 15, 1970. While Suresh's father was a teacher at a school, his mother was a housewife. Besides his parents, Suresh's family consists of his five siblings named Shobhana, Dinkar, Vinayakumar, Jayageetha, and Ranjith. They all lived together in Athayil House. He is an alumnus of Payyanur South ALP School, Payyanur Government Boys High School, and Payyanur College. From a young age, Suresh imbibed Late U. Krishna Poduval's excellent oratory skills and emerged victoriously in several elocution competitions. Besides oratory, he was an active participant in his school's drama and literature contests.

Born on the 18th of July, 1978 in the Kanhangad district of Kerala, Vyshakh is neither among the old generation of directors and nor among the new generation battalion making movies solely with say, Fahadh Fazil or Dulquer Salman. Vyshakh on the other hand, belongs somewhere midway, bridging this link. This bridging of the generation gap is clearly visible in his directorial debut ‘Pokkiri Raja’ that released in 2010. He is known for making some masala entertainers in Malayalam. Pokkiri Raja starred Mammootty and Prithviraj Sukumaran in lead roles, and nothing portrays better the combination of two generations or rather entirely two mindsets in his movies. It turned out to be the largest grosser in the Malayalam movie industry in 2010. It dealt with the story of two brothers, one of whom is an underworld don and how he helps his younger brother fight for his lobe interest who is played by Shriya Saran. ‘Seniors’, which released in 2011 starring Manoj K Jayan, Jayaram, Biju Menon and Kunchacko Boban, came next. This one too was a great commercial success and garnered great reviews. Set in a comical and hilarious setting it dealt with a murder mystery and how a group of four friends return after a long gap to their college to figure out who among them is the actual murderer after one of them was wrongly charged with the crime long back.
